Helms Entertainment was created to provide a style of professional DJ entertainment that will

allow you to enjoy your event like you always  wished you could. By asking the right questions and listening to yours,

Helms Entertainment has set a standard of consistent quality not often  found in the arena of DJ services.

Do you help coordinate the flow of the reception?
Yes, and I also create a timeline based on our discussions and your desires. It helps us keep your reception flowing and fun from the beginning until that memorable last dance! We'll gladly share your timeline with caterers, photographers, and other wedding professionals taking part in your day. We have found doing this enables others to do their jobs just a little better. 

Do you have the music I want to play at my reception? 
Of course! I  have current hits and classics to satisfy the tastes of every guest on your list, and if I don't I will get it! At your consultation, we will discuss your musical likes and dislikes. If you have music you must hear, but know it will not work for dancing, we suggest it be played prior to the meal, while guests are mingling, or immediately after the meal, while you are mingling.

Do we pay for your set-up or travel time?
There are no hidden costs; we arrive for set-up at least 45-60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. It takes approximately 40 minutes to be fully set-up and ready to play. Travel time is my time.

What does it take to secure your services?
A deposit of 50% will secure your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date.
