Welcome to Helms Entertainment. I use my many years of experience to craft the perfect wedding occasion, ensuring your big day sounds as beautiful as it looks. My Wedding Package includes all the planning resources needed to make your wedding a success.

When considering the price, please note that entertainment costs only make up around 5% to 10% of your wedding budget, but most feel that entertainment is the determining factor in the success of their event.

I typically invest up to 20 hours of my time on each wedding I book. This investment consists of consultations, music research, preparation, set-up and tear-down, performance time, travel to and from the event, education, and other business-related endeavors. My all-inclusive wedding packages are designed to give you the best value for your dollar.

From the start, I provide EV 8" battery-powered loudspeakers for guest arrival and ceremony music, featuring a wireless lapel microphone so every vow is heard with total clarity. As the day progresses, I set the mood with curated music for your cocktail hour and dinner.
When it’s time to celebrate, I bring the energy with K12.2 powered loudspeakers and 18" EV powered subwoofers for deep, premium sound. Your dance floor will stay packed thanks to a custom playlist and premier lighting to elevate the vibe. I also provide Shure wireless microphones for crisp, professional blessings, toasts, and announcements.
With a custom-built timeline and my personal MC services, I handle every transition seamlessly so you can focus on the party.
